Jeremy Beck is a former US diplomat who proudly served the American people on five continents over the past 25 years until his retirement at the end of 2025. From dynamic Asian megacities to remote African outposts and South Pacific islands, he has represented the United States around the world. Most recent assignments include Acting Deputy Chief of Mission in Bangui, Central African Republic, Diplomatic Advisor at US Indo-Pacific Command in Honolulu, Hawaii, and Director of the Provincial Affairs office in Shanghai, China.
Born in Utah and raised in Idaho, Jeremy holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown and a master's degree from Columbia. He speaks French, Chinese and Thai and is the proud father of five children whose Chinese skills are much better than his.
