Brayden is an international education enthusiast, entrepreneur, and advocate for citizen diplomacy. As co-founder of Fields Education, he works with students and educators to explore what it means to be global citizens by creating opportunities to build meaningful relationships across cultures. His work includes leading educational programs and delegations throughout Asia, South America, and Europe, supporting language learners in Utah’s nationally recognized Dual Language Immersion program, and creating opportunities for young people to use language and connect with their peers in real-world settings.

Brayden also works closely with nonprofit partners to strengthen cross-cultural understanding through international exchanges, school partnerships, collaborative programs, and educational travel. A fluent Spanish speaker, he has spent more than 12 years hosting international visitors through Utah Global Diplomacy and fostering open dialogue within his own home and community.

Brayden’s previous experience includes roles at Apple and Microsoft, where he managed relationships with major international education customers and worked alongside schools, government leaders, and ministries of education on policies, best practices, and the responsible use of technology at scale. Across his work in education, technology, and nonprofit bridge-building, Brayden is committed to building the trust, understanding, and lasting relationships that make international cooperation possible. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and four children and loves any opportunity to represent the Beehive State around the world.
